Attorney Brent Wieand is the founder of The Trial Attorneys. He is committed to providing strong legal representation to plaintiffs in serious personal injury and wrongful death cases throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Brent has dedicated his career to fighting for the rights of people that have suffered catastrophic injuries due to someone else’s negligence. He attributes his success in litigation to a “never back down” attitude and making his client’s interests and concerns a top priority.
Brent handles a wide variety of claims including nursing home neglect and abuse, medical malpractice, car accidents, defective products, truck accidents, school physical assault, school sexual abuse, and premises liability. He has a proven track record of getting justice for people that were seriously injured or killed by another’s negligence or recklessness.
